Project Update
Presently, a piece of land has been secured and a list of boarding schools obtained. The land has been fenced and although water is not yet accessible, we are in the process of drilling a well. A 42-foot hole has been dug. Approximately 450-500 meters away, there is a power source to provide electricity. South of the land there is a vacant undeveloped space where we can expand if needed.

We have at least 103 children waiting to be placed in these boarding schools as soon as the funds become available. A cost of $300 or more is needed for each child per year, depending upon which school they attend. Once our facility is operational, children will have a place to live during vacation. During the regular academic year the facility will be utilized for various outreach services. As children graduate and continue their education at a college or university, we will have a waiting list of children to replace them. If funds and space allow, we would like to expand our space and not deny any child the opportunity of an education.
