Three years ago, when Prof. Kanogo visited Kenya, as wqell as last year, when NJeri visited the orphans, things had changed very little. A few orphans' school fees were paid for, but poverty has remained, and in some instances, had escaleted. Our witing list has grown while hope and tolerance has decreased.
The little money that was shared by the board members benefitted a few children by paying some money owed for school fees. |
